Plaintiff Peter S. Sarelas seeks damages from defendants Illinois Bell Telephone Company, its president, and one of its maintenance employees, for injuries allegedly caused by the disconnection of one of the extensions of his office telephone for a period of two and one-half hours. Defendants moved to dismiss the complaint on the ground that it did not state a cause of action. The motion was granted, and the complaint was dismissed with prejudice.
