The opinion of the Court was delivered by There is only one question in this case. Lonnie McQueen took out a policy of insurance with the Sovereign Camp Woodmen of the World. This policy required the insured to notify the company if he enlisted in the army or navy in time of war, for service outside of the United States, and to pay an additional premium. Mr. McQueen was drafted and died in France. He neither notified the company nor paid the extra premium.
