KIDD, Justice.
Appellant John Sutphin, Jr. (“Sutphin”), the respondent below, seeks relief from the final judgment of the Williamson County Court at Law No. 1. In response to a motion by appellee Tom Arnold Drilling Contractor, Inc. (“Arnold”) the Williamson County court issued an order instructing Sutphin to appear and show cause why he should not be held in contempt of court (“show cause order”).
