BLACKBIRD, Justice.
There is involved here for review an award of the State Industrial Court al lowing the respondent, W. R. Eldred, claimant below, total and permanent disability benefits under the provisions of the Oklahoma Workmen’s Compensation Act against petitioners, Winrock Farms and its insurance carrier, Phoenix of Hartford Insurance Company, respondents below. Parties will be referred to here as they appeared before the State Industrial Court.
