This case, a suit against an insurance company based upon alleged uninsured motorist coverage in the plaintiff’s policy of insurance, has been before this court on a previous occasion, based upon the refusal of the trial court to open a default and in which the Supreme Court reversed a decision of this court and held there were no grounds stated for the opening of the default.
