PETERS, District Judge.
This is a libel brought by the United States, seeking the forfeiture and condemnation of a quantity of intoxicating liquors seized by federal prohibition agents during 1920 and the early part of 1921, from some 35 different persons and places, it being' alleged that the liquors were possessed or used or intended for use in violation of the National Prohibition Act (41 Stat. 305).
