The decedent left a last will and testament dated November 19, 1913, wherein he nominated two executors, made bequests to his sister and to other persons therein named and left his residuary estate to the Young Men’s Christian Association of Poughkeepsie, N. Y., and to the Samuel W. Bowne Memorial Hospital of Poughkeepsie, N. Y. Among the provisions contained in the document in question was one by which the decedent gave and bequeathed to his executors the sum of $9,000 in cash, in trust, to use the same in purchasing an annuity upon the life of one Mary Forsythe, the income thereof…
