Before the court is the May 12, 2008 motion of the plaintiffs, Joe Brasfield, et al., on behalf of themselves and all other similarly situated employees (“the Plaintiffs”), requesting this court to grant a protective order requiring the defendants, Source Broadband Services, LLC (“SBS”), and C-COR, Inc.
