This is a proceeding upon an application of a mother of a child against the divorced father for additional money for the support of the child. The father filed an answer and a cross-petition, asking that the care and custody of the child be awarded to him. The trial court, at the close of a three and a half day hearing, did not award the child to either the father or the mother, but to the chief juvenile probation officer of the district court for Douglas county, Nebraska, with certain orders as to the disposition of the money which was ordered paid by the father.
