This is an appeal from an order allowing complainant in the court below to make application to the courts of the state of North Carolina for the appointment of receivers under section 1210 of the Consolidated Statutes of North Carolina, for the Fisheries Products Company, a corporation of that state. Complainant, a resident of the state of South Carolina, is a stockholder of the corporation.
