The appellee is a corporation incorporated under the laws of North Carolina. It has its principal place of business in that state. It also has a general office in the city of New York and two large fish factories and fertilizer plants on Long Island, within'the Eastern district of New York. Other plants are located in Virginia and North Carolina.
