The plaintiffs bring this action to recover the sum of ten thousand dollars claimed to be due for legal services rendered for the defendant at various times during the year 1866. The action was tried.by a jury, who rendered a verdict in favor of the plaintiffs for the sum of five thousand dollars. Judgment being entered for that sum by the Court, a motion for new trial was regularly made and overruled.
