—In an action to recover damages for legal malpractice, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Kutner, J.), dated July 1, 1992, as (a) partially granted the defendants’ motion to dismiss the complaint by dismissing so much of the first and second causes of action as sought to recover damages for legal malpractice, and (b) denied the plaintiffs’ cross motion for discovery in order to oppose the defendants’ motion or, in the alternative, for leave to replead.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
