This appeal by plaintiff below, Catherine White, is from final judgment which denied her claim to certain items of personal property asserted in an action filed against defendant/appellee Sandra Faye Sims, as Administratrix of the Estate of Willie Sims, deceased. The relief sought by the action was a declaration of the rights of the parties to personal property described in the complaint.
