MONTGOMERY, Presiding Judge.

As shareholders of The Farmers State Bank of Texas County, Missouri, Plaintiffs filed an action under § 362.7301 on March 2, 1987. Their petition named that bank and the Texas County Bank as Defendants and alleged the two banks merged or consolidated on December 30, 1986. Plaintiffs alleged they were dissenting shareholders and entitled to an order appointing appraisers to value their shares in Defendant banks.
