MILLS, Judge.
Frazier appeals from his conviction and sentence on one count each of first and second degree murder. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
Frazier is a lance corporal in the United States Marine Corps, who, on the day of the incident herein, was stationed in Jacksonville, Florida, and living in military barracks. On that day, after receiving information that Frazier had been involved in the shooting deaths of his girlfriend and her sister, police proceeded to the military base without a warrant.
