MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiffs GoldenTree Asset Management, L.P. (“GoldenTree”), and BlackRock Kelso Capital Advisors, L.L.C. (“Black-Rock”), (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) allege that the defendant The Longaberger Company (“Defendant” or “Longaberger”) breached an express written contract relative to a loan agreement (“Agreement”), and seek damages.
