The Plaintiff tire companies sued Robert M. “Bob” Hubbard, seeking to hold him liable for the debt of his company, Hubbard Enterprises, Inc. (“HEI”), a tire *140wholesaler. After a bench trial, the district court held that the evidence did not support the Plaintiffs’ contention that Hubbard used HEI as a corporate sham to defraud creditors, refused to hold Hubbard personally liable for HEI’s debts, and entered a take-nothing judgment.
