Collins, Attorney-General, against the Senatobia Blank Book & Stationery Company. From a judgment of the court sustaining a demurrer to the information and dismissing the case, the relator appeals. This was a quo warrcmto proceeding instituted in the ■circuit court of Tate county by the state of Mississippi, on the relation of the Attorney-General, against appellee, a corporation, organized under the laws of Mississippi, 'domiciled in Tate county. The defendant demurred to the information, which demurrer was sustained by the •circuit court, and the cause dismissed; from which judgment sustaining the demurrer, this appeal is prosecuted.
