ERROR TO THE SUPREME COURT OF THE STATE OF KANSAS. This case .involves the validity under the Constitution of the United States of the statute known as the eight-hour law of Kansas of 1891, p. 192, c. 114, being sections 3827, 3828 and 3829 of the General Statutes of 1901 of that State.
