Prince H. Foster died July 22, 1895, leaving a last will dated November 27, 1891, and codicil thereto dated November 14, 1892. Both were duly admitted to probate September 25, 1895.
The life tenant, Emory B. Foster, died February 13, 1930. This matter now comes up on the application of the Babylon National Bank and Trust Company, as successor trustee of a trust created by the said last will and testament for the benefit of Emory B. Foster for fife, with remainder over, for the judicial settlement of its account, and a judicial construction of said will.
