OPINION
{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Augustine B. Krukrubo ("appellant"), appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, in which that court granted the Civ.R. 12(B)(6) motion to dismiss filed by defendants-appellees, Fifth Third Bank, and Fifth Third Bank (Central Ohio) ("appellees").
