This is an appeal from certain decrees of the circuit court of Cabell county. J. W. Figgins was a merchant doing business in said county, and on October 5, 1882, he made and executed a deed to C. Ii. Neal, trustee, in which according to the granting clause he “ granted and conveyed * * unto the said C. IT. Neal all his (the said J.W.
