John V. Perry, a citizen of Monroe county, died therein on the — day of-, 1885, having first made his will and a *172codicil thereto, which was duly admitted to probate in the County Court of said county on the 10th of April, 1885, when William Steele, one of the executors named in the will, was qualified as the executor thereof.
The will and codicil thereto are as follows:
“I, John V. Perry, of the county of Monroe and State of W. Ya., make and ordain my last will and testament in manner and form following, hereby revoking all other wills heretofore made by me:
