Ricky Lee Smith (“Ricky”), the debtor in this voluntary Chapter 7 case, filed a com plaint for relief against his former wife, Vicki Lynn Smith (“Vicki”) under Bankruptcy Rule 4007(a)-(b) seeking a declaration of dischargeability under 11 U.S.C. § 524 and sanctions for violations of that section’s injunction.
