This is a suit filed by the plaintiff, Interstate Life & Accident Insurance Company, against the defendant, RKO Teleradio Pictures, Inc., whose name thus appears in the captions of various pleadings though its correct name has been shown to be “RKO General, Inc.”, seeking to recover damages for breach of contract, attorneys’ fees, and expenses.
