In this appeal we consider the impact of the automatic stay provisions of the Federal Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C. § 362 (1982), 1 on a complaint in a Probate Court brought pursuant to G. L. c. 209, § 32, for separate support. The appeal is by the husband, who maintains that the probate judge should not have entered a final judgment in the face of the husband’s bankruptcy.
