BILLINGS, Judge.
Suit by Division of Family Services to recover monies paid to defendant’s wife, Wanda Standridge, in Aid to Family with Dependent Children (AFDC) benefits. Plaintiff’s petition states that the rights asserted were acquired by an assignment *515from Wanda Standridge.1 The trial court entered judgment for plaintiff for $2,102.00.
