ON REHEARING.

May 31, 1916.

PRENDERGAST, Presiding Judge.

The motion for rehearing was Sled and submitted several weeks ago. A decision on it was deferred to give each side an opportunity, and they were invited to do so, to file whatever answer affidavits and brief they desired. Each side has fully availed itself of this opportunity, and has filed affidavits, original letters, documents and briefs presenting their respective sides and opposing the other. We have carefully considered all these matters and made a careful and thorough investigation of the question.
