Before the Court is Defendant Matthew T. Decker ("Defendant")'s motion for summary judgment. (Doc. No. 28.) For the reasons that follow, the Court will grant the motion.

This action finds its origins in the April 4, 2015 Easter egg hunt at the Wesley United Methodist Church in Marysville, Pennsylvania. A report of Plaintiff Lance H.
