This is an appeal by L. E. Hewins and the Hartford Accident & Indemnity Company, a corporation, the latter hereinafter called defendant, from a judgment in favor of Joseph Weiler, administrator with the will annexed de bonis non of the estate of Wilhelm Engel, deceased. The appeal was dismissed as to Hewins, and is before us solely on behalf of defendant company.
