Assuming that the bonds issued and delivered by the county of Clarke to the Alexandria, Loudoun and Hampshire Eailroad Company, in August, 1858, and the contemporaneous bond of indemnity and deed of trust executed by the company to indemnify the county, are valid and binding obligations, the court is of opinion that the complainant in the court below, as the bona fide holder of •certain of the bonds and past-due coupons, is entitled to *748have the deed of trust enforced for her benefit, according-to the prayer of the bill; for by the contract of…
