In this multi-issue controversy involving a lender, materialmen, lessors and lessees of real property, and the trustee in bankruptcy, the first issue that will be determined is the validity of the materialmen’s asserted liens. 1 Prior to such determination, however, certain facts either undisputed by the parties or found by the court applicable to all issues are set forth as follows.
