COFFIN, Circuit Judge.
Defendant Standard Products Corporation (“Standard”), a Massachusetts corporation, appeals from an order of the district court enjoining it from further use of the trademark “VALMOR” in connection with its line of electrical “beauty aids”, cancelling its registrations of that trademark, and referring the case to a master for an accounting of damages and profits. The action was brought under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S. C. §§ 1051 et seq., and under the Massachusetts law of unfair competition, M.
