Pending before the court are a series of motions in this complex case. In a consent order issued on March 20, 1991, defendant/third-party plaintiff William A. Fick-ling, Jr., (“Fickling”) dismissed with prejudice his claims against third-party defendants Steven S. Friedman and Steven R. Gretenstein, removing them from this case and mooting their motion for summary judgment. Presently pending are motions by Loyola Federal Savings & Loan Association (“Loyola”) for summary judgment on its contract claim and on Fickling’s counterclaims, by Fickling for partial summary…
