STREIT, Justice.
The Youth Law Center, a non-profit organization which provides legal representation to children, challenges three administrative orders of the Chief Judge of the Fifth Judicial District. The administrative orders removed Youth Law Center (YLC) lawyers. • from hundreds of cases, on account of an alleged conflict of interest on the part of its (now former) executive director, Martha Johnson.
