Winmar Construction, Inc. (“Winmar”), the plaintiff in this civil matter, asserts claims of breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and quantum meruit against defendants Theodore Kasemir and Roger Greenfield for their alleged “failure to pay Winmar for labor and materials provided” according to the terms of a construction contract for the “build-out of space in a large office building to be used as a restaurant [that would be operated as the] ‘Townhouse Kitchen & Bar’” (the “Contract”).
