The only question argued before this Court was whether the will of Charles C. Coddington, Sr., conferred on his son, Charles C. Coddington,-Jr., an inheritable estate at the death of the testator, or whether the purport and effect of the will was to vest the estate only when the youngest son became twenty-one years of age, at which time the will directs the estate to be divided into three parts and turned over to the beneficiaries.
