Plaintiff Svetlana Giterman, who is totally deaf, filed this action asserting claims against defendants Pocono Medical Center and Pocono Health System (collectively referred to as "PMC") under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") and § 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 ("RA").
