The jurisdictional act in this case, approved May 14, 1926, 44 Stat. 555, as amended by the act of April 11,1928, 45 Stat. 423, authorizes and directs this court to hear, examine, adjudicate, and render judgment in any and all legal and equitable claims of plaintiffs arising under or growing out of the act of January 14, 1889, 25 Stat. 642, arising under or growing out of any subsequent act of Congress relating to Indian affairs; that official letters, papers, documents, and records, or certified copies thereof, may be used in evidence ; that the court shall also hear, examine, consider, and…
