Now before the Court are Defendants’ Motion for Determination of Law (Dkt. #89) and Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment and Supporting Memorandum (Dkt. # 94). Defendants argue that plaintiffs lack admissible evidence to support their claims of manufacturer’s products liability and negligence.
