The question presented by the defendants’ motions to dismiss is the effect of this court’s order approving the sale of the debtors’ home to Rubina N. Siddiqui on Siddiqui’s subsequent state court law suit against the competing purchaser and the real estate agent. David and Peggy Williamson filed a chapter 13 bankruptcy petition on May 28, 2002.
