*384Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (J. Goldberg, J.), rendered January 13, 2004, convicting him of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant was arrested, after the police stopped the sports utility vehicle (hereinafter SUV) he was driving and obtained information that the license plates on the SUV were stolen.
