Before the Court is Defendant Nation Union Fire Insurance Company of Pitts-burg, PA’s (“National Union”) motion, pursuant to sections 3 and 4 of the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA.”), 9 U.S.C. §2 et seq., to stay this action and compel arbitration of its claims for unpaid reimbursements allegedly owed to it by the plaintiffs, an affiliated group of multinational companies.
