This matter is before the court on defendant’s motion for summary judgment. Filing No. 21. 1 Plaintiff, who is white, has filed this complaint alleging that defendant discriminated against her in her employment on the basis of her race in violation of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e and 42 U.S.C. § 1981.
