Pending before the Court are the parties’ cross-Motions for Summary Judgment with Respect to the Chief Defendants’ Counterclaims, filed in November 2010. The Chief Defendants 1 move the Court to grant judgment in their favor and equitably extend the terms of the Plaintiffs’ oil- and-gas leases with the Chief Defendants.
