In this accounting proceeding, four of the beneficiaries under the will of Joseph B. Newhoff have filed objections to the accounts of Lawrence Cohen and George Angels, as coexecutors and cotrustees of one trust created for the benefit of the decedent’s two children, and the account of Lawrence Cohen, as sole trustee of two separate trusts. Trustee Angels cross-claims against his cotrustee and Rankow, Cohen & Isaacs, the attorneys for the estate, for any amounts for which he may be held liable to the objectants for imprudent investments.
