PARLANGE, District Judge.
Complainant prays for an injunction to restrain 0. 'Harrison Parker, state tax collector, and the city of New Orleans, from selling for state and city taxes 51 pieces of real estate situated in said city. No proof having been offered by the state, and it not appearing in the record that any taxes are due to or claimed by the state, it is assumed that all state taxes have been paid, and that the same are eliminated from the case.
