Defendant-Appellant Michael J. Bowler appeals from the district court’s denial of his motion for a new trial based on newly discovered evidence. For the following reasons, we AFFIRM.
I. FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
On November 17, 1994, Defendant-Appellant Michael J.
