This is an application to the county court to establish a drainage district in Madison county, under chapter 185, Acts 1909. There is no objection to the form or substance of the petition. The county court-approved the petition, and appointed an engineer as required by the act, who made his report in accord therewith, which was adopted by the court. Process issued upon the petition, and witnesses were examined after answer filed, and the county court, after a full hearing, decreed that the drainage district should be established.
